Luciana Paoluzzi and Maria Rota Paoluzzi were raised in Rome. Luciana Paoluzzi is the child of Manlio Paoluzzi (an Italian military officer) and Maria Rota Paoluzzi (a mistress to Benito Mussolini). There's no record of her having any siblings. Luciana went to the local high school following her graduation in the year 1955. She then was a student at the Naval Engineering department of the Scientific Academy of Milan. She was the sole woman within the class. After two years of study, she began her modelling career. Shortly after that she had the opportunity to be a part of Three Coins in the Fountain while in Rome visiting a close family friend of her father. Brett Halsey, an actor herself, was her first spouse. They completed Return to the Peyton Palace together after their 1960 wedding. The couple was blessed with one son, named Charles born on 13 June 1961. They divorced just a year following his birth, and Luciana was granted custody. Between 1962 and the year 1970 Luciana dated Tony Athony an actor and producer who was inspired by her work in the movie Green Slime and based on the script he wrote as well as his own mixed Spaghetti Western for which he became somewhat popular.
